Respecting Intellectual Property

PromptChor respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

How to Report Infringement

To file a notice, please send an email to copyright@promptchor.com containing:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) on PromptChor where the material is located.
  3. Your contact information (Name, Email, Phone).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing your contact info, the URL of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

PromptChor reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
