1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PromptChor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. User Content (Prompts)
You retain ownership of the prompts and images you upload. However, by uploading, you grant PromptChor a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content. You represent that you have the right to share the content you upload.
3. Monetization & Payouts
- Earnings are calculated based on unique, valid views (CPM).
- Fraud Policy: Any attempt to artificially inflate views (bots, click farms, VPN cycling) will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all wallet funds.
- Payouts are processed within 7 business days of a request.
- You are responsible for providing correct payment details (UPI/Binance). We cannot reverse transactions sent to wrong addresses provided by you.
4. Virtual Currency (Coins)
PromptChor Coins are a virtual license to access features. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, depicts CSAM, non-consensual deepfakes, or promotes violence. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
PromptChor is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content found on our platform.
